Student Worker: ADMC (Arts, Digital Media & Communications)
Job Duties
The ADMC student worker plays a meaningful role in supporting the daily operations of the ADMC office on the El Dorado Campus. This position serves as a friendly first point of contact for visitors and callers while assisting with a variety of office and clerical tasks. Responsibilities include answering phones, welcoming guests, providing administrative support, and helping with other general office duties as needed to keep the office running smoothly.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Required knowledge and skills
- Experience using Microsoft office products (particularly Word/Excel).
- Ability to establish and maintain productive work relationships with staff and students.
- Able to work independently to complete assignments neatly and accurately with little supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding student information.
Required experience
- Prior experience in an office setting is preferred, but not required.
- Computer experience preferred.
- Previous experience in Music, Art, or Theatre is preferred.
Required educational background
- Federal Work Study eligible preferred.
- Must be a current Butler student or enrolled for the Fall 2026 semester.
