Qualifications
The applicant may be requested to authorize the College to procure a consumer report(s) for employment purposes.

A. Must show pride in craftsmanship.
B. Ability to do trade related mathematics.
C. Must be able to accurately follow verbal and written instructions.
D. Make diagnostic decisions based on education, experience and instrument readiness.
E. Ability to climb, stoop, bend and work in awkward positions.
F. Cannot be afraid of heights.
G. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
H. Can work indoors and outdoors.
I. Ability to use computer word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
J. Willing to work overtime and weekends in emergencies.
A. Be working licensed journeyman with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
B. Documented job related training.
C. Must possess a valid driver’s license
A. High School diploma or its equivalent.
B. Must possess knowledge and experience in various skilled trades.
C. City Plumbing license preferred.
