Butler Bros. is looking for an experienced warehouse associate familiar with the practices and procedures needed to contribute to and sustain a successful warehouse workplace. The ideal candidate must have a solid work ethic, be detail-focused as well as self-motivated and willing to learn all aspects of working in our warehouse. Hours would be 40 hours per week, 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pull orders from inventory to be shipped to customers
- Package product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
- Stage product for loading.
- Load product onto truck.
- Unload product from truck
- Move and restock product to warehouse storage.
- Cycle counting and inventory level maintenance
- Responsible for quality control. No damaged product is sent out. No damaged product is accepted in.
- Operate forklift and picker and complete daily logs
- Occasional deliveries
- Familiarity with RF inventory scanners and basic computer skills preferred
- Clean and maintain work area.

EDUCATION:
- High school Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Solid safety, attendance and performance records
- Ability to do math
- Ability to use standard measuring instruments
- Work with minimal supervision
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching overhead and lifting
- Ability to lift 70 lbs.
