Job Summary
Butler Bros. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory processes across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating with supply chain and warehouse teams, and implementing process improvements to ensure efficient stock management. The Inventory Manager would coordinate and perform activities concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in storeroom and Point of Use Equipment. This position would be 40 hours per week/night hours- coverage 1:30pm to 10:00pm, Monday- Friday with occasional Saturday coverage.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Delivers, receives, and stocks customer’s products
2. Proactively monitors customers’ open orders to assure prompt delivery and customer satisfaction
3. Establishes order policies for consignment and non-consignment inventory to assure adequate stock levels and aligned with company goals Maintains a high accuracy of stores and shop floor piece counts
4. Performs cycle counts to assure inventory accuracy
5. Prepares, completes, and distributes reports as required.
6. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. Requires attention to detail, accuracy, organization skills, and ability to handle multiple situations at one time.
Education
High school diploma or GED required. Training from a trade school is preferred.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing company is desired.
Work Description
The inventory manager takes instruction from supervision and works safely and efficiently. They are subject to a general machine shop environment (including dust, oils, metal chips, etc.) Job requires occasional heavy lifting. They are responsible to communicate well with supervision reporting problems and providing feedback on operation status. The Inventory Manager follows shop procedures and maintains order and cleanliness of all work areas.

Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour
