MRSS Skill Builder (serving Butler, Warren or Clinton County)
$23.00 to $25.00/hour

Our MRSS Skill Builder will provide support to children and parents that have behavioral health challenges, and/or, mental health diagnosis within the community, who are in need of support in navigating various systems, as well as implementation of their care plan based on initial evaluation.
Responsibilities:
- Working directly with children, adolescents and families who are in distress and experiencing crisis, using de-escalation and distress tolerance strategies
- Ability to provide skill building, make appropriate community resource referrals, and collaborate with other professionals
- Collect data and complete clinical documentation within the required time frames
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or comparable human services field
- Experience working with children, adolescents and families
- Skilled in time management, organizational and follow-up skills
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
