MRSS Skill Builder - Hamilton County
$25.00/hour - 12pm-8pm shift
As part of the recent merger of Best Point and Butler Behavioral Health, we are excited to announce a new opportunity for a MRSS Skill Builder in Hamiliton County.

Job Summary:
Our MRSS (Mobile Response and Stabilization Services) Skill Builder will provide support to children and parents that have behavioral health challenges and/or mental health diagnosis within the community, who need support in navigating various systems, as well as implementation of their care plan based on initial evaluation.
Responsibilities:
- Working directly with children, adolescents and families who are in distress and experiencing crisis, using de-escalation and distress tolerance strategies
- Ability to provide skill building, make appropriate community resource referrals, and collaborate with other professionals
- Collect data and complete clinical documentation within the required time frames
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or comparable human services field
- Experience working with children, adolescents and families
- Skilled in time management, organizational and follow-up skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
