Role Overview
As an Outpatient Therapist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for:
- Conducting initial and ongoing diagnosis and assessment
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing office-based clinical treatment and therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults

Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans in an office-based setting
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate, and ethical mental health therapy
- Complete clinical documentation within required timeframes
- Actively participate as a positive team member
- Demonstrate commitment to agency core values and mission in clinical practice
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a comparable human services field
- State of Ohio licensure: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC
- Excellent organizational, planning, and follow-up skills
- Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
