NSD/Mods Site Construction Manager
The Wireless Construction Manager will be responsible for market level projects and overall crew management. Responsibilities will be focused on all phases of cell site construction/upgrades, from site assignment, initial bid walks, scoping meetings, GC Bids, NTP’s, Construction Starts through Close Out Package and site acceptance.

Responsibilities will be focused on all phases of cell site construction/upgrades, from site assignment, initial bid walks, scoping meetings, GC Bids, NTP’s, Construction Starts through Close Out Package and site acceptance.
Duties
- Conduct development feasibility site walks
- Conduct GC bid walks
- Support project team with BOM creation and material management.
- Support project team with schedule planning and daily reporting.
- Perform site inspections to ensure crews are performing duties in a safe manner and in accordance with company, customer and OSHA standards.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure company and customer standards are being adhered to.
- Collect all required pictures and documents to complete the final COP. Review, approve and upload COP documents into client portal
- Attend internal and customer project meetings.
- Provide guidance, best practices and lessons learned to the team.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working on NSB and site upgrades on T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, and/or AT&T utilizing Nokia and/or Ericsson equipment.
- Ability to read and understand telecom designs and CAD drawings
- High degree of understanding commercial construction principles, terms and definitions.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Valid CA driver’s license
- Non-negligent driving record
- Be able to work late and on weekends when required
- Satisfactory results from a background check
