Network Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer with a strong background in Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISP) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure, with a focus on optimizing wireless networks and ensuring high-quality service delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain WISP network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including wireless connectivity and performance problems.
• Optimize network performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
• Perform network monitoring and ensure system reliability.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in network engineering, with a focus on WISP operations.
• Strong knowledge of wireless technologies, routing, and switching protocols.
• Expertise in network design, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with wireless backhaul technologies, RF propagation, and link budgeting.
