We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Front Office Coordinator with telecom industry experience to support front office operations, personnel administration, and finance-related processes across major carrier programs. This role is critical to ensuring smooth internal operations and strong coordination between field teams, finance, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a central point of contact for front office operations, supporting multiple departments and client-facing activities
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of company personnel, ensuring compliance with internal processes and client requirements
- Manage and track finance-related workflows for major telecom clients, including documentation, approvals, and system updates
- Support carrier-specific processes and requirements for T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon programs
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and tracking logs related to personnel, finance, and operational activities
- Communicate professionally and effectively with internal teams, field personnel, clients, and external partners
- Handle multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the telecom industry, preferably in construction or engineering environments
- Experience working with industry platforms such as Ariba, Oracle, ScopeWorker, and T-Mobile Incubator systems
- Experience with finance and billing processes related to T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon programs
- Strong understanding of telecom operational workflows and administrative coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Experience with Sage (preferred but not required — training can be provided) Core Competencies
