Position Summary

The Office Administrator / Operations Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, coordinating with field teams, and providing outstanding customer service. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, preferably a background in construction or administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office and field operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and field team logistics.

  • Handle administrative duties including filing, invoicing, and data entry.

  • Maintain organized records and assist with project documentation.

  • Support management with office tasks, reports, and communication needs.

  • Uphold a professional and organized office environment at all times.

 

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (Spanish proficiency is a strong bonus).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Previous experience in construction, office administration preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, AI, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.

  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and strong attention to detail.

  • Positive attitude with a fast-paced, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Reliable, responsible, professional, and can take initiative and collaborate effectively with others.
