This role serves as a technical mentor to Wireman I and II team members and partners closely with engineering on prototype, NPI, and continuous improvement efforts. This position is not a people‑manager role.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and lead complex electrical and control panel assemblies with minimal supervision
- Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis
- Support prototype, NPI, and engineering change builds
- Collaborate with Engineering to resolve design or manufacturability issues
- Provide technical guidance and on‑the‑job mentoring to Wireman I and II staff
- Identify and recommend process improvements to improve quality, efficiency, and repeatability
- Ensure work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Advanced electrical assembly and wiring expertise
- Systematic troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Strong schematic and documentation interpretation

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5–8 years of electrical assembly or wireman experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Advanced ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs
- Proven ability to work independently on complex builds
- Exposure to automation systems or PLC‑controlled equipment
- Experience supporting prototype or NPI builds
- Experience working in regulated, safety‑sensitive, or quality‑driven environments (e.g., manufacturing, industrial equipment)
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
