We are looking for an experienced Front Of House/Bar Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front of house staff, ensuring that all guests receive excellent customer service and that the restaurant runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the front of house staff.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
- Train and motivate front of house staff to ensure high levels of performance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the front of house staff.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Fluent in Mixology and creativity
- Lead, train and manager a team of serves, bartenders and hosts/hostesses. Schedule staff shifts, handle disputes, provide feedback, and ensure a positive working environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and resolving any issues efficiently.
- Oversee the bar operations, managing the preparation of beverages, ensuring the consistency and quality of drinks, and managing inventory.
- Oversee the ordering of beverages and supplies. Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national laws and regulations related to food safety, liquor service, and workplace safety. Implement and monitor hygiene protocols.
- Monitor daily sales and manage costs. Prepare and analyze reports on sales, costs, and tips.
- Collaborate with the management team and owner to plan and execute promotional events or special functions
- Work closely with the chef and bar staff to develop innovative food and drink menus

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
