What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations including membership sales, retail performance, inventory management, deposits, and compliance

- Resolve guest concerns while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment
- Support team development through clear expectations, ongoing training, and regular feedback
- Build strong relationships with employees, members, and guests alike
