What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Cook position at Busy Coffee & Tea Haus?
Elka Bee's is hiring a breakfast line cook, ideally with1 yrs experience. This position is for our busy mornings and brunch. It is a fast paced environment. We are looking for someone with experience in breakfast from scratch with small kitchen experience. You will need to know how to do eggs in a pan and understand temperatures. You will be working alone and mutitasking in slow periods and on the weekends you will have help. Looking for some one to have reliable transportation as tri-met is not very consistent in early mornings. Looking for a team player who can be calm during busy times and has an eye for presentation skills as we focus on quality over quantity. The position requires you to work from 7:am to 2:15pm Wednesday then Thursday to Sunday. We will ask you to be ready for a working stage interview to show basic skills.
