Floater Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for children. This role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, help managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the academic and social growth of students. Standard hours of operation are 8am-4:30pm.

Duties

• Develop and implement curriculum that meets the educational needs of students.
• Create lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote literacy education.
• Manage classroom behavior and dynamics to create a conducive learning environment.
• Provide individualized support for students with special education needs and early intervention strategies.
• Engage in effective communication with parents, caregivers, and colleagues regarding student progress.
• Conduct assessments, including standardized testing, to evaluate student performance.
• Foster an inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation from all students.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain order and focus during lessons.
• Plan and facilitate activities that promote physical education and overall child welfare.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience through tutoring or co-teaching initiatives.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
