Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play while ensuring the safety and well-being of each child in your care. Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred!
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all infants.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Facilitate daily activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
Skills
- Strong background in childcare and early childhood education principles.
- Proficient in classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment.
- Knowledge of childhood development milestones and appropriate teaching methods.
- Ability to provide toddler care while ensuring safety and comfort for young children.
