JOB DESCRIPTION
Role and Responsibilities:
Index and data entry of customer documents in order to complete BTCO’s mission: To provide superior customer services through a fully integrated workforce that promotes technical careers for people of all abilities.
- Consistently meet production requirements on time and quality.
- Index data from either physical or digital documents, which requires reviewing multiple lines of information on a screen for accuracy.
- Minimum of 60 WPM, with variations in expectation depending on the role and the type of data being keyed.
- Numeric keypad (10 key) minimum KPH 8.000 with 95% accuracy
- Employees must be able to meet minimum requirements for words per minute and typing speed to meet indexing requirements.
- Employees must accurately track production using the required spreadsheets or software or other means when required.
Employees are expected to:
- Maintain confidentiality when handling customer records in compliance with HIPAA and State and Federal laws.
- Uphold BTCO policies and procedures.
- Follow all instructions both written and verbal.
- Perform additional duties as directed by a Lead, Assistant Site Supervisor, and Site Manager.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly working area.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Familiarity with computer operations
- Basic Microsoft windows computer operation skills required
Typical Mental Demands
Ability to focus on a task, follow a sequential process, and have the ability to follow procedures as referenced in a process manual. Must be willing and able to work under direct supervision.
Typical Physical Demands
Requires sitting, standing, bending, and reaching. May require lifting up to 50 pounds or more. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate machines such as digital equipment, computers, copier, fax and telephone.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
