About the Role
Business System Matrix (BSM) is seeking motivated, relationship-driven Contractor Sales Representatives to join our growing regenerative medicine division. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with connections within medical practices, regenerative medicine, aesthetics, wellness, pain management, orthopedics, or related healthcare industries.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing relationships with qualified healthcare providers and practices, introducing them to our regenerative medicine products and other solutions, and growing sales within their assigned territory or network.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop relationships with physicians, clinics, medspas, and other qualified healthcare providers.
* Generate new business through networking, referrals, outreach, and existing professional relationships.
* Present regenerative medicine products and sourcing solutions to prospective providers.
* Educate prospective customers on available products, ordering processes, and program options.
* Maintain consistent communication with prospective and existing accounts.
* Manage the sales process from initial contact through completed purchase.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
* Follow up with prospects and customers to encourage repeat business and long-term relationships.
* Represent BSM professionally and in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
* Collaborate with the BSM team on marketing initiatives, provider referrals, and sales opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in medical, pharmaceutical, aesthetics, regenerative medicine, healthcare, or B2B sales preferred.
* Existing relationships with physicians, clinics, medspas, or healthcare providers strongly preferred.
* Strong communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
* Ability to generate and manage your own leads.
* Professional, organized, and responsive.
* Knowledge of regenerative medicine is a plus, but training can be provided.
* Must be comfortable working as an independent contractor and compensated primarily through commission.

This is an independent contractor, commission-based position with the opportunity to earn competitive commissions based on sales and qualified provider referrals.
