Full or Part Time, Daytime, seldom nights or weekends.
Flexible hours. Must be accurate and organized. Research of specific issues and materials necessary for crews or tenants, locate parts, pricing, delivery time etc. Tracking and reconciliation of materials and paperwork. Must be organized, and keep notes the issues, date, time, fees, next process, etc. Construction or home remodeling experience a plus but not required. Working with multiple projects and contractors. Requires great communication and documenting skills.
