Manufacturing Operator I
Location: Wilmington, NC
Position: 2 Openings
Work Model: Fully On-site
We are seeking Manufacturing Operators to support production operations in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production equipment and machinery.
- Perform equipment adjustments, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor product quality using precision measuring tools.
- Maintain production records, documentation, and inventory accuracy.
- Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, hand trucks, overhead cranes).
Schedule:
- Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday | 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Training provided on 1st shift.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Manufacturing, production, maintenance, or technical experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a hands-on production environment and follow detailed procedures.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear required PPE.
Salary : $22 - $24
