🕒 Schedule: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

💼 Hours: 40 Hours/Week Guaranteed

💵 Pay: $65–$70/hour

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide leadership and operational oversight for a skilled nursing facility in Clovis, NM. This is a 9 week contract assignment with guaranteed full-time hours and competitive pay.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, knowledgeable in regulatory compliance, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of resident care and staff development.

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing home to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead, support, and develop facility staff across all departments.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
• Implement policies, procedures, and improvement plans to enhance facility operations.
• Foster a positive, resident-centered environment focused on safety and satisfaction.
• Act as the primary liaison with state survey agencies, families, and community partners.

• Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification in the state of New Mexico (or eligibility for reciprocity).
• 2 years of experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, survey processes, and facility management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively manage teams and drive performance.
