Director of Nursing/Nurse manager – Contract | Parkersburg, WV
Pay: $70/hr. | Hours: 40 per week | Weekly Gross: ~$2,800
Schedule: Days, 5x8 (7:00 AM–3:30 PM)
Contract Length: 9 weeks with possible extension
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee daily clinical operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and support nursing staff. The DON will manage compliance, staffing, and care standards while fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support nursing staff and clinical operations
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality care standards
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and workflow
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain efficient facility operations
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Previous DON or nursing leadership experience preferred
