JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Overview: The Data processing position initiates
and monitors programs that process customer files according to desired
specifications. Along with processing, this position will require the
ability to utilize composition software to set up certain types of
applications and artwork for processing and production. The Data
Processor is responsible for the coordination of customers files,
ensuring accuracy, and full completion of files. Also responsible for
notifying the proper team members, in a timely fashion, should an issue
arise. This position requires, but is not limited to, communication
skills, organization, problem solving skills, and the ability to

customer data accurately and timely Validate completed processes for
accuracy and create work orders Identifying file problems and
communicating with all relevant parties Communication with all relevant
parties, any issues, or changes Setup artwork and some programs for
operations Complete and accurate paperwork Recommendations to better
serve our customers All other duties as assigned Qualifications /
Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated
ability to troubleshoot problems. Able to work under tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and with the team Self-starter that has
Determination and Persistence Excellent communication skills Detailed
Motivated to grow and learn Strong work ethic Technical Competency with
the ability to learn and work within new software Graphix design
experience Flexible to change as the department and position grows
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: High school diploma,
GED, or equivalent Graphic Art experience 3-5 Years Data Processing
