Location: Waunakee, WI

Pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour

Schedule: First Shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Additional hours available based on production needs.

We are seeking a dependable Production Equipment Operator to support our mailing operations and ensure customer projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate automated mailing and document-processing equipment

• Prepare jobs for production by reviewing work instructions and specifications

• Load materials, adjust machine settings, and verify production quality

• Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance activities

• Monitor production runs and identify issues before they affect quality

• Complete production records and workflow documentation

• Support inventory control by organizing materials and supplies

• Assist with project changeovers and equipment setup

• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

• Follow all quality, safety, and operational procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, printing, mailing, or machine operation experience

• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate production software

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to learn new equipment and processes

• Mechanical aptitude is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

• Stand and move throughout the workday

• Frequently lift, move, or carry materials up to 50 pounds

• Work in a production environment with moving equipment
