We are seeking a Project Manager II to lead complex, multi-phase enterprise technology initiatives in a fast-paced VAR/IT services environment. This role is responsible for project delivery, financial performance, risk management, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology deployments. This is a full-time, onsite position in Richardson, TX.
COMP: $110K-$120K depending on the candidate’s experience, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead complex, multi-phase IT infrastructure and networking projects
- Maintain full P&L accountability and ensure profitability targets are met
- Oversee scope, scheduling, resource planning, risk management, and change control
- Conduct executive-level status meetings with customers and partners
- Serve as escalation point for internal and external stakeholders
- Drive accountability and performance across cross-functional teams
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8 years of project management experience and PMP certification required
- 5 years managing enterprise IT/infrastructure projects
- Experience in VAR, MSP, or technology professional services strongly preferred
- Strong financial management and margin awareness
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
