3-5 Years Experience Required
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted resource for professional builders, remodelers, and DIY customers
- Create accurate quotes for lumber, decking, windows, doors, and custom millwork
- Manage special orders from start to finish
- Deliver clear, detailed instructions for deliveries and order fulfillment
- Assist customers with product choices and troubleshoot project challenges
What You Bring
- Solid knowledge of building materials, millwork, moulding, windows, and doors
- Ability to read blueprints (or willing to learn)
- Comfort using POS/computer systems
- Strong people skills—with professional phone and in-person communication
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
- Reliable math/money-handling skills
- A team-first attitude and long-term mindset
