Position Title: Trailer Mechanic Technician (Monday-Friday 7am-4pm afterhours and weekend on call rotation)
Location: Newnan, Ga
Schedule: First Shift | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $25-28 an hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of trailers (dry van, flatbed, reefer, truck bodies, and specialty trailers).
- Conduct preventative maintenance and quality repairs in compliance with DOT and company standards.
- Rebuild, replace, and repair trailer components as needed.
- Read and interpret work orders; document all maintenance and repair activities.
- Perform welding and fabrication (Certified Welder preferred).
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with vendors and customers
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience.
- Experience installing trailer parts such as cross members, rails, flooring, lights, wiring, brakes, and valves.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Previous experience as a trailer mechanic, maintenance technician, or similar trade strongly preferred.
- Must provide your own hand tools.
- Must pass background check, physical, and drug screening.
- Proof of work authorization in the U.S. required.
