(Base Pay Range: $18-$21/hour)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond and provide timely follow-up to internal and external customers inquiries via phone, email and chat in a professional, efficient and service-focused manner.
- Assist customers with account-related questions, including technical troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor, to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for customers to strengthen their relationship with Busey, providing guidance and referrals for other products and services when appropriate.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to consistently advance skills and stay current with best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements to maintain customer confidence and protect the bank.
Knowledge Of
- Various computer systems, mobile devices and banking software.
- Busey’s digital offerings, products and services, is preferred.
- Provide excellent customer service, remaining calm and composed even in high-pressure situations.
- Leverage strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Analyze and solve problems efficiently and accurately.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently with keen attention to detail.
- Effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Work both independently and as part of team.
- Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or financial institution is preferred.
