Commercial Account Opening Specialist I

Position Summary

The Commercial Account Opening Specialist provides administrative support to the Treasury sales team across all Markets. Assists Treasury Bankers in opening new business accounts and performs various maintenance on existing accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Treasury Bankers and Business Bankers to support client needs and requests.
• Complete documentation for new account setups and send documentation to clients for execution.
• Open deposit accounts for business clients.
• Perform various maintenance for business accounts, including but not limited to, changing account signers, address changes, creating DACA agreements, adjusting account types and/or rate types.
• Ensure that all administrative tasks and duties are executed in a professional, timely and efficient manner.
• Consistently maintain a high level of communication with Treasury Bankers and clients.
• Follow all processes and procedures to mitigate risk for the bank.
• Remain current with regulatory and/or Treasury product and service changes.

• This position occasionally requires local travel and, on a rare occasion, there may be out of state travel, which may require overnight stays.
• Education and Training:
• Bachelor’s Degree, (Business Administration or a related field preferred) or equivalent work experience.

Compensation And Benefits

Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.

(Base Pay Range: $20 - $25/ hour)
