Accountabilities:
- Process associate paperwork including status changes, promotions, transfers and new hires.
- Maintain HRIS system including development and maintenance of HRIS reports.
- Send out reporting to stores including upcoming evaluations and training, weekly status reports, missing paperwork and minor auditing.
- Project management.
- Assist with associate relations issues.
- Assist with benefit administration.
- Assist with associate orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a consistent and welcoming experience for all new hires.
- Put all new hire paperwork and orientation plans together for new management associates.
- Partner directly with the Sr. Corporate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including posting positions, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication across all store locations.
- Collaborate with store leadership teams to identify current and upcoming staffing needs, ensuring timely and effective recruitment to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding in partnership with store leadership, ensuring all pre-employment requirements, paperwork, system setup, and first- day experiences are completed accurately and on time.
- Serve as a point of contact for new associates during the onboarding period, providing guidance on company policies, benefits enrollment, and available resources to support a smooth transition into their role.
- Maintain accurate recruiting and onboarding records and tracking reports, providing regular updates to the Sr. Corporate Recruiter, Director of HR, and store leadership teams on open positions, candidate pipeline status, and new hire progress.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of standardized recruiting and onboarding processes in alignment with Busch’s brand standards and the Strategic People Department’s goals.
- Contribute to organizational effectiveness by offering information, suggestions and recommendations.
- Establish and analyze tracking measures.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by completing educational opportunities and reviewing professional publications
- Execute with operational integrity by anticipating problems, taking preventative measures, and adapting to changes that improve our operations or guest experience.
- Consistently follow Busch’s policies and procedures.

Education, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Knowledge of HR laws. Keeps ahead of HR trends and upcoming legislation.
- Proficient organization and planning skills, especially in managing multiple deadlines and projects.
- Proficient conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient presentation skills, including confidence in getting up in front of people.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Proficient in computer skills in Excel, Word, and email. Able to learn and use a variety of proprietary applications and technology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
