Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers with their needs.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry into our computerized systems.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Promote additional services or products through effective sales techniques while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of client services by identifying areas for improvement based on customer feedback.
- Greet clients in a friendly & Warm Manner
Requirements
