What You’ll Do
- Drive sales by developing relationships with clients and providing customized, technical solutions
- Present solution proposals to key decision-makers, highlighting performance and ROI
- Collaborate with estimating and engineering teams to deliver cost-effective results
- Train and mentor entry-level sales and support team members to increase regional market share
- Achieve individual and team sales goals to support company growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (preferred)
- 10 years of total sales experience, with 5 in related industries
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial and warehouse systems—automation, robotics, storage
- Familiarity with business financials and KPIs
- Skilled in prospecting and managing strategic accounts
- Strong communicator with effective presentation skills
- Solid problem-solver with project management fundamentals
- Proven ability to train and develop sales professionals
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
