About The Role

We’re hiring a Safety Manager - Compliance & Systems to strengthen and oversee our safety programs across multiple regions. In this key role, you’ll lead compliance efforts, manage third-party platforms, and collaborate with field teams to drive a consistent, proactive safety culture. You’ll have the autonomy to shape systems and work alongside leaders who value your expertise. If you're passionate about safety and ready to make a real impact, we would love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain safety programs aligned with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and customer requirements.
  • Lead safety audits, site inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reporting.
  • Design, implement, and manage safety training programs, including ISNetworld and Avetta requirements.
  • Manage third-party compliance platforms and regulatory reporting (OSHA 300 logs, DOT filings).
  • Track and report safety data and trends (TRIR, DART, training compliance).
  • Lead investigations of incidents and near misses; conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the Safety Operations Manager to align field practices with company policies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for inspections, audits, and compliance issues.
  • Represent safety in company meetings and support safety-related initiatives.
  • Partner with HR and Operations leadership to promote a proactive safety culture.

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in safety compliance or industrial/field safety.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA regulations and safety management systems.
  • Experience with platforms like ISNetworld or Avetta preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional coordination abilities.
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or willingness to pursue certification required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental health, or related field preferred.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (approx. 20%–30%).
