About The Role
Burwell Material Handling is hiring a Rental Coordinator. In this role, you’ll support the rental department by coordinating rental activity, tracking inventory, and helping deliver excellent service to internal and external customers. What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound phone calls from customers and team members.
- Manage the rental process for the branch—quote equipment, coordinate deliveries and pickups, handle billing, and monitor rental inventory.
- Prepare rental agreements and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist with collection efforts on past-due rental invoices when needed.
- Keep internal teams updated on equipment statuses and completed tasks.
- Track and report KPIs like utilization, dormancy, and fleet rightsizing.
- Experience in rental coordination or customer service is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Clear and professional communication style.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Self-motivated, dependable, and works well with others.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including sitting, standing, walking and lifting.
