Job Summary: The ES Regional Service Specialist is a key operational role that provides support to the ES Regional Service Writer in the oversight of all activities related to the fulfillment of assigned projects, along with the growth & delivery of services associated with Planned Service Agreements and Emergency Service within an assigned territory. In cooperation with the ES Regional Service Writer, the Regional Service Specialist leverages exceptional communication and business system skills to ensure the timely receipt and safe fulfillment of service demands including frontline handling of service requests, quote development, installer scheduling and dispatch, customer updates, and accurate and timely invoicing.

Key Responsibilities Within Assigned Territory
- Helps deliver budgeted Revenue & Gross Margin objectives related to ES Projects, Planned Maintenance Agreements and General Parts & Service operations.
- Supports effort to grow ES aftermarket revenue base, and ensure proper job planning, timely delivery of services, quality of workmanship, customer satisfaction, and subordinate performance & development objectives.
- Aligns installer staffing levels & skills sets with workload to optimize employee productivity.
- Achieves key cashflow metrics including the timely processing of work orders and open parts tickets to minimize WIP and A/R matters.
- Converts installer identified work into customer quotes and gains customer approvals.
- Facilitates labor requests to schedule and provide appropriately skilled installers for the fulfillment of quoted projects.
- Leverages the ERP and related software & reports to optimize the planning and delivery of service schedules and maintenance plans.
- Works in harmony with other departments and outside vendors to optimize resource utilization in the pursuit of revenue growth, business retention and employee development.
- Provides feedback to ES Parts personnel to optimize branch and vehicle inventories to avoid unnecessary downtime and plan for replacements of same.
- Escalates concerns as appropriate to mitigate problems & avoid unnecessary risks.
- Contributes to the development of best practices and strives to hold to those standards.
- Willingly takes on special projects as assigned to optimize the business.
- Prior experience in a service department role (material handling preferred)
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Strong organization and time management
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and service tracking software
- Able to handle the physical demands of the role
