This individual will manage the operational backbone of the team—coordinating across data science, data engineering, creative, marketing technology, compliance, and external partners to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, compliantly, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Operations: Manage the full operational workflow for multi-channel educational campaigns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with campaign goals.
- Content Trafficking & Approvals: Submit campaign materials through the internal content approvals ecosystem; coordinate legal and regulatory review; package reviewer feedback; and manage version control.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead Campaign Team implementation meetings, create timelines, track progress, and proactively mitigate risks or blockers as they arise.
- Quality Assurance: Review and approve customized proofs across multiple formats, validate accuracy against content grids, briefs, and checklists, and escalate inconsistencies or errors.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the connective tissue between internal teams, external vendors, and compliance reviewers; manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct ongoing campaign monitoring, maintain deliverability reports, escalate issues when necessary, and support Pod-level finance tracking and dashboard updates.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate internally to develop artifacts, workflows, and documentation that support a reliable, efficient Pod operating model.
- Insights Support: Synthesize learnings from test-and-learn experiments to support iterative improvement of future campaigns.
- Experience: 3–5 years in marketing operations, campaign management, project management, or related roles supporting regulated, multi-step content workflows.
- Technical Skills: Experience with campaign approval systems, content trafficking, or marketing tech platforms; strong attention to detail; proficiency with project management tools.
- Communication & Organization: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage competing inputs across multiple stakeholders.
- Work Style: Highly organized, deadline-driven, proactive, and capable of managing complex workflows with minimal oversight.
- Location: Based in New York City and able to work in a hybrid in-office model.
- Experience in healthcare, benefits, insurance, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with legal/regulatory review processes for marketing content
- Experience coordinating across data, analytics, creative, and engineering teams
- Ability to interpret marketing performance data or experimentation results
