You will drive Agile processes, manage the product backlog, shape the transformation roadmap, and ensure successful delivery while navigating cross-functional dependencies and risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, monthly reviews, and retrospectives.
- Translate customer needs into actionable user stories, ensuring clarity, acceptance criteria and alignment to business goals.
- Partner with architects and engineering teams to define epics and decompose them into user stories.
- Manage, prioritize, and refine the product backlog while identifying internal/external dependencies.
- Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment to business strategy and timelines.
- Collaborate across teams and fellow Product Owners to deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Design and deliver scalable, cost-effective, high-quality technology solutions aligned to architectural standards.
- Make recommendations on product and process decisions for complex transformation initiatives.
- Understand and communicate interdependencies across workstreams; ensure proactive transparency.
- Oversee requirements processes ensuring traceability, supporting data analysis as needed.
- Evaluate new opportunities, support business cases, risk assessments, funding needs, and resource planning.
- Identify critical path activities, assess impacts of delays, and recommend parallel work strategies.
- Ensure proactive communication with internal/external stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Support a healthy team environment through transparency, balanced responses, and effective communication.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Experience:
- 5 years in technology roles within large or enterprise software organizations including Information & Access Management.
- Minimum 2 years working with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, etc.
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects with multi-functional stakeholders.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and LDAP services.
- Experience with Active Directory standardization and consolidation.
- Understanding of Identity Management, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, CI/CD, and Test-Driven Design.
- Ability to extract and document data and analytic requirements across multiple user levels.
- Strong financial management skills, forecasting, and resource allocation tracking.
- Experience with Agile, Iterative, and/or Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, collaboration and documentation skills.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in large programs involving multiple projects.
- Customer-focused problem solver who identifies solutions supporting IAM capabilities.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and understand development impacts.

- Experience in data governance and identity management programs.
