Responsibilities
This role will focus on building a customer intelligence and analytics layer to support acquisition and lifecycle marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing predictive models (propensity to convert, retain, upgrade)
- Designing and operationalizing donor audience segmentation frameworks
- Analyzing behavioral and cohort data to identify drivers of long-term donor value
- Building Reverse ETL pipelines to push model outputs from Snowflake into CRM and lifecycle platforms
- Creating activation-ready datasets for CRM, lifecycle marketing, and paid media
- Integrating external data sources (e.g., paid media performance data) to enhance targeting and modeling
Candidates should have hands-on experience with most of the following:
- Segment (CDP and event tracking)
- Snowflake (data warehouse and modeling)
- HubSpot (CRM)
- Iterable (lifecycle marketing)
- GA4 (behavioral analytics)
- Paid media platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Strong background in predictive modeling within a marketing or growth context
- Experience working with modern data stacks and event-based architectures
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and audience activation workflows
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
