Burstyn Law is hiring a Paralegal/Office Administrator who will be responsible for case and office management at our high-stakes, complex litigation firm. The candidate should be comfortable with case file organization, calendaring, and collaborating in a hardworking team environment.
Responsibilities
· General administrative support
· Organizing case files, scheduling, and document review
· Ensure that all files and resources are maintained within Firm-approved protocols and case management systems
· Executive assistant support
Qualifications
· Must strictly follow the Application Instructions below
· Ability to file documents in both state (courtMAP) and federal courts (PACER) and prepare e-filings
· Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational and planning skills
· Work well independently and within a team in a demanding environment that requires multitasking
Experience/Education
· Bachelor’s Degree
