Job Overview:

We are seeking a fast-paced, creative, and tech-forward Social Media and Content Creation Manager to collaborate directly with the President of a prestigious law firm. Your mission will be to elevate his personal brand and the firm’s visibility through compelling, high-impact content. This high-profile role demands a blend of strategic thinking, agile execution, and polished storytelling—often under tight timelines.

As the lead content creator, you will own the full production pipeline: from ideation and planning, to shooting, editing, and publishing—all often within the same day. The ideal candidate is fluent in AI tools and digital editing platforms, and confident in translating legal thought leadership into engaging visual narratives across multiple social and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Location Video Shooting: Follow the employer to capture high-quality video at the office, events, or travel destinations using professional cameras or high-end smartphones with stabilizers.
• AI-Enhanced Content Creation: Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E 3, Runway) to generate futuristic images, video enhancements, or animations that align with finance/tech themes and brand vision.
• Rapid Editing: Edit videos and images same-day using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut, incorporating charts, subtitles, or infographics for professional polish.
• Same-Day Workflow: Manage the full content cycle—ideation, concept development, shooting, editing, and posting—often within 24 hours to meet tight deadlines.
• Social Media Execution: Write concise, impactful captions and post content on platforms (e.g., Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), optimizing for engagement and platform algorithms.
• Travel Flexibility: Accompany the employer on domestic or international trips to shoot content, adapting to varied environments (e.g., conferences, outdoor settings).
• Trend Monitoring: Stay current on social media trends, AI tool advancements, and finance/tech content strategies to propose innovative ideas.
• Analytics Support: Track post performance using platform analytics or tools like Hootsuite to refine future content strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• AI Tool Expertise: Proficiency with AI content tools like Midjourney, DALL·E 3, Stable Diffusion, or Runway for generating images/videos, and familiarity with AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for scripts or captions.
• Video Production Skills: Experience shooting professional video in dynamic settings using DSLR/mirrorless cameras or smartphones with accessories.
• Editing Proficiency: Advanced skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe After Effects) for rapid, high-quality output.
• Social Media Mastery: Deep understanding of Twitter/X, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms, formatting (e.g., URL previews, subtitles), and engagement tactics.
• Time Management: Ability to deliver polished content under same-day deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Travel Readiness: Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Creative Storytelling: Strong ability to simplify complex topics into compelling, accessible narratives with a futuristic, authoritative tone.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Canva) for creating charts or infographics.
• Professional demeanor and discretion when working in high-stakes, high-profile settings.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with professional video equipment (e.g., Sony A7, iPhone 17 Pro with stabilizers, or equivalent) and willingness to use personal or provided gear.
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally on short notice.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. A valid passport is required for international travel.
