Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled, ambitious content creator who lives and breathes social. This role is all about speed, creativity, and knowing what hits. You should have a sharp eye for what can go viral, a strong understanding of TikTok culture, and the skills to turn around engaging videos quickly—from hook to final edit. You’re not afraid to get on camera, pitch in with trend-driven ideas, or jump on a moment when you see it. If you can storyboard, shoot, edit, and post compelling content with minimal hand-holding—and you love bringing beauty products to life through storytelling—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Support

• Produce a minimum of 15 pieces of original content per month—with a focus on short-form video for TikTok, Instagram, and paid media assets
• Develop content around product storytelling, seasonal trends, and community engagement
• Shoot, edit, and package content using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere to fit multiple formats (organic, paid, Stories, etc.)

TikTok-Focused Execution

• Support the growth of our TikTok channel by pitching and producing trend-based, relatable, and high-performing content
• Help identify moments to insert the Biosil brand into relevant cultural conversations

Affiliate & Influencer Collaboration

• Work with our Affiliate & Influencer Manager to source and repurpose creator content, optimize affiliate storytelling, and brainstorm co-creation moments
• Support editing and formatting creator content for use across channels (UGC cutdowns, text overlays, captions, etc.)

Calendar & Collaboration

• Help maintain a collaborative content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and paid social
• Assist with video editing needs for ads, landing pages, and brand storytelling campaigns
• Participate in brainstorms with the broader brand team to surface new ideas that amplify Biosil’s voice and deepen community engagement

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation, ideally within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
• Proficient in short-form video editing tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut
• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram culture, trends, and algorithms
• A strong sense of visual and narrative storytelling, with the ability to turn briefs into compelling, scroll-stopping content
• Comfort working cross-functionally with brand, influencer, and performance marketing teams
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and thrives in a collaborative team setting
