Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking installer to join our team full-time. The installer will be responsible for the installation of interior and exterior shutters at residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable using hand and power tools, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install interior and exterior shutters according to company specifications and customer requirements.
- Measure, fit, and secure shutters to ensure proper alignment and functionality.
- Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment safely.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other installation equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at job sites.
- Inspect completed installations to ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate professionally with team members.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with warehouse duties and material preparation as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous installation, construction, carpentry, or related experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to use common hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
