Shift Line Leader at Burrito Shak

Burrito Shak in Hampstead, NC is looking for a reliable and responsible team player to join our 20 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, quick, punctual, and hard-working. We are willing to train the right candidates. Pay scale calculated as base hourly plus tip.

Responsibilities

• Learn system and train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded
• Manage employees to provide exceptional food quality in a timely and cost effective method
• Provide great customer service with a smile.
• Follow health and safety protocols
• Ability to count money and lock door at closing.
• Make burritos, tacos and other items in front of customers

Qualifications

• Responsible.
• Must love working with others.
• Experience working in high volume kitchen
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knife skills a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• Able to manage and lead a team to success
