About the Role
The Shift Lead helps oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts and ensures Burrito Shak standards are consistently followed. This role directs Team Members, supports daily operations, and helps keep the restaurant running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Direct Team Members during assigned shifts
- Maintain food quality and speed of service
- Handle guest concerns
- Ensure the restaurant remains clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Assist with cash handling and shift responsibilities
- Lead by example and jump in wherever needed to support the team
