Responsibilities
- Learn system, train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers' expectations are exceeded
- Lead employees to provide exceptional food quality in a timely and cost-effective method
- Provide great customer service with a smile.
- Follow health and safety protocols
- Ability to count money and lock door at closing.
- Make burritos, tacos and other items in front of customers
Qualifications
- Responsible.
- Must love working with others.
- Experience working in high volume kitchen
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knife skills
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
- Able to lead a team to success
