We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our crew at our Dennis location. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and maintain the high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency our customers seek.
The Store Manager plays a key role in driving sales, developing our team, and creating a positive and productive work environment. At Burrito Bistro, we provide the training, support, and tools needed to help our managers grow both personally and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Execute crew hiring, training, coaching/management, and scheduling.
- Prepare and assemble menu items according to Burrito Bistro food charts, recipes, and portion standards.
- Achieve and maintain the restaurant’s targeted Cost of Goods and Labor figures.
- Maintain the store’s cleanliness and organization.
- Oversee the store’s daily food production and supplier delivery schedule.
- Inventory and order supplies.
- Verify that suppliers provide product in accordance with our quality standards and agreed-upon price.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of food items.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and sanitation standards.

Qualified Applicants Compensation:
- Manager yearly compensation: $75,000-$85,000.
