Job Description:
Burrito Bistro, a fast-casual restaurant known for its tasty fresh food, seeks to hire an enthusiastic and team-oriented cook to join our crew. As a cook, you will perform various cooking and kitchen tasks while adhering to the company’s operating procedures and standards. Our kitchen is immaculate, well-organized, and stimulating! Responsibilities
- Assemble orders according to the company’s food charts
- Prepare and cook various recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of food items
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and sanitation standards
- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries deliveries
- Perform other various duties as assigned by the management
Qualifications:
- Prior food service experience is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food handling
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
