Job Duties
- Assists the team's implementation of the elements of PBIS.
- Keeps the team on course and assesses fidelity.
- Develop monthly PBIS team agenda
- Facilitate monthly PBIS team meetings
- Planning and coordination of PBIS staff training
- Ensure building PBIS signage is posted and in good condition
- Announce and follow through with student celebrations. Ex., Student of the Month, building celebrations
- Announce and follow through with staff celebrations. Ex., Staff of the Month, staff trophies, breakfast, etc.
- Collect, organize, analyze, and present ODR/Top 5 data/TFI/SAS
- Improved academic performance
- Reduced bullying behaviors
- Improved social-emotional competence
- Improved social and academic outcomes for students with disabilities
- Decreased rates of student-reported drug and alcohol abuse
- Reduced office discipline referrals, and exclusionary practices Schools that implement PBIS have teaching and learning environments that:
- Are more engaging, responsive, preventative, and productive
- Address classroom management and discipline issues (e.g., attendance, antisocial behavior)
- Improve supports for students

- Knowledge of and experience with PBIS
- Knowledge of State, Federal, and ISD 191 School Board Policies regarding student conduct and appropriate disciplinary action.
- Evidence of and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with coworkers, parents, community members, supervisor, and students.
- Ability to receive feedback and adjust accordingly.
- Strong work ethic and dedication to further the benefits of student participation in co-curricular activities.
