Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Stratford, CT. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all phases of project execution, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Responsibilities include expediting workflows, managing logistics, ensuring project inspections, and liaising with clients and teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure timely and successful completion of infrastructure and construction projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management and Expediting, with the ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and execute projects
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to oversee supply chains and resource planning
- Strong skills in Inspection and Quality Assurance to maintain high standards of project execution
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills to lead teams and interact with clients and stakeholders
- Familiarity with construction and utility infrastructure projects is highly desirable
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Stratford, CT, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
